How are bookings made fairly to each shareholder on the vessel over peak holiday times?

This rule applies to 10% shareholdings. 33 Days a year. Each owner may book 1/3 of their total allocated yearly days in each trimester booking block of four months. The booking trimesters are:

Summer

1st of December – 31st of March  

 

Autumn

1st of April– 31st of July      

 

Winter

1st of August – 30th of November

 

Allocation of days per trimester

4 peak days (Weekends and pulic holidays)

7 off peak days (Monday to Friday)

Allocation of days per year

12 peak days (Weekends and pulic holidays)

21 off peak (Monday to Friday)
