Can I cancel my booking if the weather is bad or my circumstances beyond my control prevent me from using my pre-booked day?

We fully understand that inclement weather can take away the appeal to go boating, and sometimes other matters crop up at short notice that prevent you from using that booking. As long as you cancel your booking not later than 6.00pm the day before your booking there is no penalty at all - the day will be credited back to your allocation.
