The Elite AT43 is an exciting NZ made production launch from Allan Tongs boat builders in collaboration with established designer Bill Upfold. Launched in 2019 this new 43-foot launch is perfect for New Zealand conditions, having been designed with Kiwi boaties in mind. The AT43 boasts a very thoughtfully designed, social layout that will appeal to family fishermen and luxury cruisers alike.
The vessel sleeps six comfortably across three berths. There’s a semi walk around double cabin forward, double bunks on the port side and an additional double bed to starboard.
The saloon boasts a thoughtfully laid out U-shaped galley aft and u-shaped dinette forward on the port side, with an additional settee running back from the helm station on the port side.
There’s plenty of space in the cockpit, which can be closed off from the boarding platform by a sliding section pulling out from each side of the transom. An L-shaped settee and outdoor dining table sit on the port side of the cockpit, with another settee and BBQ starboard. An extended swim platform off the cockpit gives this area even more space.
Our Elite AT43 will have ample power thanks to twin Volvo D6 430HP diesel engines. Cruise speed is around 22 knots, with a top speed of around 29knots, providing a smooth and comfortable ride and easy handling. Bow and stern thrusters and cockpit controls mean this easy handling extends to berthing as well.
